• Returns and Exchanges can be made within 7 DAYS after item received with official receipt with tags still attached.
  • Returns / Exchanges are STRICTLY reserved for cases of product defects , damages or mistaken delivery ONLY .
  • Exchanges of item subject to stock availability.
  • Exchanges are strictly allowed only for the same item , colour and size .
  • Refund strictly not allowed only exchange.

  • Item must be returned in unworn, unwashed, and unaltered conditions with all tags attached.

  • Upon receipt of the product, we will examine it and we will advise you on the status of the replacement ( if any ) via email as soon as practicable.
